This website is for orders to New Zealand only. Please use our contact form if you are from another country and interested in purchasing our products.


All prices on our website are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and do not include GST.


1. You can pay online by credit card (Visa and MasterCard). Stitchgirl uses PayPal to securely process and manage credit card transactions.

2. By Internet banking or bank account transfer. Items will be dispatched on receipt of Payment. Please include the order reference when using this option. Payments can be made to: Stitchgirl BNZ 02-0248- 0099198-000

Please Note: Stitchgirl takes no responsibility if payment is deposited into wrong bank account. Please triple check the account number before submitting.


Delivery is only made to a physical address.

No deliveries can be made to a Post Box or Private Bag number.

New Zealand: Flat rate $7.30  throughout New Zealand – includes rural delivery

We use Pass the Parcel provided by Post Haste Couriers.

All parcels are tracked. Parcels require signature on delivery, except rural parcels.

North Island: delivery 1-3 working days

South Island: delivery 2-4 working days


Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us here at Stitchgirl. We will never share, distribute or sell any information to a third party that we obtain from our customers.


We are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, In the rare occurrence that this is not the case please contact us immediately via email at anna@stitchgirl.co.nz.

All returns must be received within 10 days of the invoice date.

The item must be in perfect condition, any worn, soiled, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.

Once item(s) have been received, a Refund will be given.

You will need to cover the returned tracked courier cost .


Stitchgirl products are sold direct to customers through our online store (www.stitchgirl.co.nz), Craft Harvest Parnell, Devonport Food and Craft Market, Mt Eden Village Craft Market and others.

At Stitchgirl we take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by different browser software or computer display types.

Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice.

We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

We at Stitchgirl endeavour to keep the stock control numbers correct and in the event of an ordered item being unavailble will offer a similar item or full refund.


Does Stitchgirl provide a guarantee on products?

Yes. Our products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We do guarantee our product range against faulty workmanship.

This does not include fair wear and tear or rips, soiling, loss of scent, over stretching elastic.

What if my order doesn’t arrive, what do I do?

Please allow 3-4 working days for your purchase to arrive before contacting us.
